Wed: Tabata Trail run uphill x 2 cycles

Thurs: High School Butte run

Fri: Snow King Hike 1.8 mi steep + 40lb load

Sat: 14.5 mi hike big elevation gain multi terrian

Sun: Snatch technique and 3 rep work from the hang
then:
3 rnds   30 sec rhythm rope 12 ball slams 30# then max rep GHD sit up while partner works

Mon:
50 dubs
40 Single arm KB snatch 26#
30 goblet squat 26#
20 OH lunge 35#
10 L pull up on the rope
5 HSPU
1 rope climb
50 dubs

Tues: about 4 mi hike to rock jump
