Kipped the HSPU. First time I have been able to do them full ROM since the disaster at regionals. Didn't have many in me but I fought them and I was in zero pain. My wrist even came through for me kind of.  Brought back sad memories though. So frustrating. Squat snatch was almost PR today which is nuts. I guess rest really is good for you. My attempt at 115# was better than its ever been. Had I not been tired I think I could have landed it. Hopefully for Nuclear winter?








As for EOBCF, I am looking daily for a location. I've looked at a few potential spots and been back to the drawing board a lot trying to see how I can financially make a lease work and if so how small of a space can I work with for the time being to get the ball rolling. I'm confident the right space is out there somewhere. I'm pulling out my patience. All that really matters is the crew is making gains every day, and nothing makes me happier.
