Tempted to record my Wii just dance 2 fun with Troy for workouts but I will refrain. He is getting really good at it though. Im almost as excited about his dance moves as I am about his handstands, strict ring pull up, and full rom push ups. He is getting much more body awareness and it's fun to watch him try and learn the clean and the OHS. I hope he has as much excitement about it when he is older.

I have to say, I felt weak. Work capacity is not what it was. 95 felt real heavy. It's cool though, I'm finally finally on my way back.
