Warm up:
deck jog
step up to squat
K Starr mobility talk and practice

Then:

Tabata 4 corners

Southwest side: Bottom to Bottom squats
timed bridge sprint
Southeast side: burpees
Northeast side: pushups with plank hold
timed brigde sprint
Northwest side: split jumps


What are the chances the city of Ormond will allow me to lease the Yacht Club?
